Rolleston Square “Customer Survey” ("Promotion") – Terms and Conditions October 2026

1. Rolleston Square Limited trading as Rolleston Square ("Promoter") and/or its representatives will offer the Promotion to customers of Rolleston Square on the below Terms and Conditions.
2. Information on how to claim and the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion commences at 10am Tuesday 27 October and closes at 11.59pm Tuesday 3 November, 2026 ("Promotional Period").
4. The Promotional prize comprises a $300 Prezzy Card to spend at a Rolleston Square store of your choice.
5. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the survey form during the Promotional Period and indicate that they would like to enter the competition.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
7. The Promoter will draw the winner by random selection and the winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry details by Wednesday 4 November 2026.
8. The winner will have 7 days to confirm and acknowledge with validated proof of receipt. Failure to do so will result in a second draw for a new winner.
9. The winner must claim the prize in person at the Rolleston Square Management Office. Proof of identity must be provided upon collection of the prize.
10. The Promoter may collect and use the information you have provided for carrying out this competition and for advertising Rolleston Square. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy can be found here.
11. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
12. Entries will not be accepted by mail.
13. Refunds are not applicable.
14. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any damages, lost or misplaced prizes.
15. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Promotion.
16. Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. If any information used in connection with this Promotion is determined by the Promoter to have been obtained fraudulently, the Promoter has the right in its sole discretion to invalidate a claimant’s entry and the claimant will forfeit their right to a prize.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity) and to disqualify any claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
19. Participation in this Promotion indicates acceptance and agreement of all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not take part in this Promotion.
